Fleur completed her Master’s in Music Therapy degree at the University of West England in 2015.
She has over 6 years of clinical experience working with clients across the lifespan.

Fleur works from a humanistic, person centred perspective. The focus of her work is unleashing the potential of individuals utilising the framework of music.


We all have some connection or relationship with music in our lives. At the core of music therapy is the therapeutic relationship which focuses on connection, empathy and positive regard.


Music Therapy can support with managing anxiety, improving mental health, reducing physical symptoms related to stress or burn out and encouraging communication.


Fleur incorporates a variety of active or receptive techniques during sessions:

  • Lyric analysis
  • Song-writing
  • Improvisation
  • Drumming or instrumental playing
  • Listening and imigary work
  • Rhythmic based activities
